Personalised book

Each book is made especially with the name and choices in your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right, so we can't take a book back for a change of mind.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge until printing starts, within 12 hours of paying. Email contact@minihikaya.com with your reference and we'll refund you in full.

Damaged book or printing error

If the book arrives damaged, misprinted or with a mistake on our side, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you if you prefer. You don't need to send the book back.

Typo in the name

We print the name exactly as it was typed. If the mistake came from the order, we can reprint the book at cost. Tell us within 12 hours to fix it for free before printing.

Refund time

An approved refund is made within 5 working days, to the payment method you used (PayPal or card).
